Welcome to a new year with Direct Theatre School

We're looking forward to a jam packed term with lots of drama, laughter and fun.

If you are not already an existing pupil of Direct Theatre School, please remember you are welcome to come along to try any class for up to 3 weeks with no charge or commitment. We would love to see you!

Weekly Acting Classes

We have three main production 'companies' who meet weekly during term time and produce two shows every year.

• The Spring Street Company (ages 6 - 12)
• The Minack Company (ages 13 - 15)
• The Loose Moose Company (ages 15+)

We also run weekly classes for pupils who want to develop individual performance skills or simply enjoy drama in a more relaxed class setting.

• Introductory Drama (ages 4 - 7)
• Junior Acting Class (ages 7 -13, follows LAMDA syllabus and includes optional LAMDA exams)
• Senior Acting Class (ages 13 - 18, follows LAMDA syllabus and includes optional LAMDA exams)

Additionally we have special class for preparing for drama school for pupils age 17+

• Audition Technique (age 17+)
